Maathota

Introduction:

Jattu aims to sustainable development of tribal community by implementing maathota program through the development of horticulture in one acre per family with the adoption of Annapurna technology. Nabard R.O. sanctioned TDF program for the year 2013-14 for benefitting 500 farmers of G.L. Puram mandal.

Objective of Maathota:

To enhance the living standards of tribal community in project area through horticulture with Annapurna technology , processing , marketing , allied activities , etc

Benefits:

During initial 3 to 4 years Maathota farmer can get Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- through intensive inter crops .
